Back in 2010 the Brazill first cousins reconnected via a family reunion. We live on the East coast and the West coast, in New England, the Midwest and the Southwest. So we stay connected via FB. During this unusual election season I've read a lot of stories about siblings and spouses on opposite sides of the political spectrum. I even have some friends who fall into that category.
What has been most gratifying is the discovery that all the Brazills are on the same page: We're Stronger Together. I put it down to heredity: Our grandpa Brazill went to work in the coal mines in Pennsylvania as a ten-year-old and grew up to be a union man.
My sign at one of the many protests during the Wisconsin uprising.
