Last Spring, as we weathered our way through endless snowstorms, I kept myself sane by embroidering self-portraits. This week the series of four seasonal silhouettes go on display at Olbrich Botanical Gardens as part of their fall fiber exhibit.
In prior years this show has been devoted to quilts, but Olbrich has decided it's time for a change. This year the fiber show still has quilts but includes other pieces like my portraits as well. I've already written about the two seasons shown on this post: WINTER and SPRING. Click on the links for more pictures and information. I'll post pictures and details about the other two seasons — Summer and Fall — after the exhibit opens.
